Heather Ruth Carr | Australia

Racewalking has played a huge role in Heather’s life. The benefits of this activity has energised her to be the best role model she can be, demonstrating to all females that through hard work and perseverance their goals can be realised. The rewards are enormous, and with the support of family and community she feels she has demonstrated that females and older women can achieve and succeed in their chosen field.
