One of the world’s most accomplished masters sprinters, Janelle Delaney has dominated the 200m and 400m events internationally for more than a decade. A multiple World Masters champion and World Record holder, she is regarded as one of Australia’s leading masters track athletes.

Janelle Delaney is a former school's national champion and state open champion who transitioned into Masters Athletics in 2011 as a 400m specialist. She has since become one of the most successful masters sprinters in the world.

Athletic Performance

Janelle is a six-time World Masters 400m champion and four-time World Masters 200m champion. She holds the W55 Indoor 400m World Record and has won multiple relay titles, including three World Masters relay records.

Community Impact

Janelle is highly respected for her sportsmanship and encouragement of fellow athletes. She promotes lifelong participation in sport and has contributed to athletics governance through the Athletics NSW Risk Committee. .
