The WMA General Assembly is a crucial event that brings together representatives from Member federations worldwide at each Stadia Championship. Bronze pins were awarded for extraordinary service to WMA to Claude Hemmer (LUX) and Alex Rotas (GBR). Silver pins were awarded for extraordinary service to WMA to María Alfaro (MEX) and Jean Thomas (FRA).
Jean Thomas (FRA) and Brian Keaveney (CAN) have been honored as Honorary Personal Life Members in recognition of their enduring commitment and significant contributions to Masters Athletics.
WMA council Elections
Elections of officers is split so President & Treasurer and Executive Vice President, General Secretary & Vice President of Competition are held every other General Assembly. Margit Jungmann (GER) was re-elected as President Colleen Barney (USA) was elected as Treasurer without dissent.
