An eventful and enriching year is drawing to a close. Together, we have used 2025 to further advance Masters Athletics for all – with a wealth of ideas, lots of energy, and strong cooperation across levels and organizations. The positive trend in participation in the World and Regional Master Championships impressively demonstrates how athletics brings people together, promotes health, and strengthens international friendship, even into older age.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to you for your reliable partnership, open dialogue, and commitment, with which we are laying the foundation for successful championships at all levels, from the clubs’ level through the national, regional, and ultimately WMA championships.

Masters Athletics is our passion; it excites and connects us across borders.

With this in mind, we look forward to 2026 with confidence: we look forward to exciting championships, wonderful gatherings, and lifelong friendships.
