After the outstanding success of Canfranc 2024, where the World Masters Mountain Running Championships first brought together all three WMRA disciplines across one weekend, the global masters community now turns its attention to Meduno for the 24th WMA/WMRA World Masters Mountain Running Championships.

Nestled at the gateway to Val Tramontina, Meduno sits amid the Friulian foothills and is renowned for the slopes of Monte Valinis, a landmark for aerial sports and a natural grandstand for mountain running. The town’s setting—between river beaches, historic hamlets and panoramic ridgelines—offers a spectacular arena for the three-race program.
